The client remains free to use mediation or not. If Hôtel Bleu Soleil resorts to mediation, the client is also free to accept or refuse mediation. Once the mediator’s decision is rendered, each party is free to accept or refuse the solution proposed by the mediator.
In case of a dispute, in accordance with the provisions of Regulation No. 44/2001 of December 22, 2000, and Article R. 631-3 of the Consumer Code:
The client may refer the matter to either one of the territorially competent courts under the Code of Civil Procedure, or the court of the place where they resided at the time of the contract’s conclusion, or the occurrence of the harmful event.
Hôtel Bleu Soleil may refer the matter to the court of the client’s domicile.
Hotel Bleu Soleil reserves the right to request and obtain injunctions or orders for the defense of its rights under these terms.
